2RO BIRO is an architectural and construction office based in Pula.

Through more than 10 years of active work in design, urban planning and professional supervision, we have achieved a wide range of skills and experience necessary to run a professional, high-quality and innovative design office.

Our passion for sustainable architecture leads us to create functional and aesthetically attractive spaces, which not only meet the needs of our clients, but also contribute to the preservation of the environment. We believe in design that connects people and space, and we see every project as an opportunity to realize the unique vision of our clients.

Our philosophy is based on the integration of advanced technologies and environmentally friendly materials in order to create energy efficient, healthy and aesthetically appealing spaces. We work on projects of all sizes and types, from residential to commercial, always with the aim of minimizing the impact on the environment and maximizing the quality of life for our clients.

Dragana Rogošić

Born in 1987 in Split. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Split. After completing his studies, she works in the project bureau "Arching" d.o.o. in Split. In 2012, she moved to "AD arhitektura i dizajn" d.o.o. in Pula where, in addition to urban plans, she also works as a co-author on numerous studies and architectural projects for public, business, tourist, social and residential purposes with international recognition and professional awards. She participates in international architectural and urban planning workshops, Unesco school in south east Europe – sustainable energy governance in Unesco designated sites and International historic towns conference.She is educated in the field of permaculture design, green construction and BIM implementation of projects. Since 2024, she has been running the "2RO BIRO" office in the department of urban and architectural planning and permaculture design.

Ognjen Rogošić

Born in 1987 in Split. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Split. After completing his studies, he works in the project bureau "Zoom arhitekti" d.o.o. in Bale. In 2015, he moved to "I.F. Projekt" d.o.o. in Rovinj, where he works as a construction designer and supervisor on numerous business, tourist and residential projects. In 2019, he founded the office "2RO BIRO" d.o.o. with headquarters in Pula.
